This is my very first book and it is my baby...a workbook for those suffering
with chronic illness, written from my own personal struggle and experience.I am most proud of this workbook, as it was the most difficult to write and took me three years. It was
important for me, as a person living with chronic illness to write it with
personal truth about my own struggles in an effort to help others come to terms and better understand
the many facets of illness and develop stronger coping mechanisms.
This book is about the many life lessons we learn that tend to inhibit our image of ourselves.
It insights the reader that self-acceptance is a spiritual act and a journey that happens over time
as we continue to grow and learn, accept and value our own unique selves. It was written during
my own journey to find healing and discover self-acceptance and as a bonus, discover a deeper, richer spirituality.
This workbook is a compilation of the many women's wellness seminars I have led through the years and classes I developed to help women understand the importance of self-care, body, mind and spirit.
